Who is the controller

Data about companies

The base contains only companies (legal persons such as AB, B.V., N.V., s.r.o., a.s., S.R.L., S.A.): company name, website, certified standard, certification body, validity date and a link to the certificate the company published. It contains no data about people: no names of signatories, no contact persons, no personal e-mail addresses. Sole traders, partnerships of natural persons and company names that contain a person's name are excluded. This website shows only aggregated numbers and a sample with hidden names. A company can ask us to correct or remove its record at contact@recertia.eu; we answer within 72 hours.

Data you send us

When you request a sample or the supplier register template we receive your business e-mail address and, if you give them, your company name, role, interests and message. We use them to answer your request or send the template (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tick the consent box, we also send you information about Recertia (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw consent at any time at contact@recertia.eu. We keep the correspondence as long as it is relevant and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows.

Service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. E-mails are delivered by Resend and stored in our mailbox at OVH. These providers act on our behalf. Transfers outside the EEA, where they occur, rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and statistics

The website sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without building profiles of visitors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or with the authority in your country of residence or work.
